The For Sale sign came down today -- no, I didn't sell the house. After 6 months on the market and only one untempting offer, I've given up trying to sell in this market. I'll relist after Christmas and see if 2011 is a better year for selling my home, sweet home.
So it looks as if I'll be in the Bay Area for the holidays... makes me wish I hadn't given away all my winter clothes. :)
