It took more than 30 days to get the buyers to release contingencies (making this truly a done deal), but they finally did. Closing date is now set for January 9th.

Ridiculously dark on the outside, but nothing that a little paint won't fix. It's the garden and view that are awesome! And with 5 acres, I can build a little ohana for YOU!
