Hawaiian Shopping Trip

In two weeks, I'm off to Hawaii to house hunt. I've got a collection of houses that I hope to visit (see previous posts) and with any luck, I'll be making an offer before I come home. The Hawaii real estate world is so different from California, I'm clueless how long it might take to actually close the deal and move in. I'll post any interesting findings here on this blog.
