I Made an Offer !

We don't know if the seller will accept it, but my realtor started putting together an offer yesterday. This is on the house that has the issues with the county. Of course, one of the contingencies is that the seller resolve those issues before we close. The offer was low because the house needs a lot of work but, of all the houses we saw, this one has the most potential for greatness and is in the best neighborhood and has the awesome view that I was hoping for.

And ... I applied for my first island job - as an English tutor. :)
