I leave for Hawaii early tomorrow morning to look at houses again. We'll visit all those previously mentioned houses, minus a couple that are now contingent, plus the house on Emalia that I made the offer on when I was there last time. We think the sellers might have solved the problems that made me withdraw my offer. We shall see.
This time, I'm renting a little house off Alii Drive right in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Thank you, AIRBNB!
