We looked at five houses today and one really stood out:

I'll likely make an offer on Thursday. Before I do, I'm going to visit three more houses that we couldn't see today. I don't want to jump the gun until I've weighed all my choices.
I might have taken this house off my previous list because I thought the realtor said it was contingent. I was mistaken.
Tomorrow, I've been invited to a 4th of July birthday party for a local woman. I met a friend of hers on the plane and she wrangled me an invitation. I'm already making local friends. :) And I scored private parking in town for the parade and fireworks tomorrow night, so my dance card this week is really full.
Happy 4th of July everyone!
